The only caveat that I would make is that the suggested age on the site to begin screening is 50, but I think we can all agree that 38 is not too young to start thinking about getting tested for this disease! With colorectal cancer -- more so than with any other kind of cancer -- the earlier the cancer is detected, the better. This is because colorectal cancer starts as a polyp and if caught early enough, the polyp can simply be removed without ever having to impact the organ. So GO GET TESTED!!!
